Issue:
When I try to connect to my Internet Provider, I can't get my mail and I get the following error message in my Connection Log:
Execution of Schedule "Connect Now" at Thu, Sep 19, 1996
Connecting To Internet using Account "My Internet Account"
Checking for mail
** -ERR System error, can't open temporary file, do you own it?
Answer:
This error comes from the mail server at your Internet Provider. It is not a Claris Emailer issue. If you continually get this message, you can call your provider and ask them to solve the problem with the temporary file on their server.
