Dictionary Versions and ClarisWorks

This information was provided by Claris Corporation on 16 March 1998, and incorporated into Apple Computer's Tech Info Library.
A version 1.0.3 of the dictionary was shipping with ClarisWorks 1.0 Macintosh. From version 2.0 through 4.0 of ClarisWorks the spelling dictionary version is 2.3. The name has been changed from Main dictionary to US English - Spelling, this has been the case since version 3.0 of ClarisWorks.

(The version 2.3 of the spelling dictionary can be used with any Macintosh versions of ClarisWorks from version 1.0 through version 4.0)
