Customers having issues with the New Mail system on CompuServe who request to go back to the old system are currently being told that there is no way to go back. CompuServe is aware of continuing issues with the New Mail system and investigating ways of getting people back to the old system.
The following is a statement from CompuServe's online support:
We are aware of this issue, and we are in the process of
correcting it. Unfortunately, we do not have an exact time as
to when it will be corrected.
Unfortunately, we do not have a way to transfer you back to the
Old Mail system at this time. We are currently looking into a
way to do so, but an exact date is not available. You will want
to watch the "What's New" message for further information. I
apologize for the inconvenience that you have been caused.
