ClarisImpact does not automatically repeat column heading information at the top of each page of a multiple page timeline document. If you have many tasks and your timeline is longer than one page, you can place headings at the top of each page of your timeline by taking a screen shot of your timeline and copying and pasting the heading part of your picture into the top of your second page. To do this:
1. Under the View menu, select Show Page Breaks
2. Insert a task at the top of your second page; leave this task blank
3. Resize this blank top row so that it is the same height as your heading. Resize the surrounding task rows as necessary to ensure a clean break across pages.
4. Set your View to 100% and make sure you can see as much of your column heading information as possible.
5. Take a screen shot of your timeline (command-shift-3; this is a Macintosh feature that will work in any application)
6. Look for Picture 1 on your hard drive and open it (if you have other screen shots, it may be Picture 2 or Picture 3, etc.)
7. Draw a rectangle around the header part of the picture of your timeline and Copy to the clipboard.
8. Close Picture 1 and return to your timeline
9. Paste your heading at the top of the second page. If necessary, use the Arrange menu options to bring it to the front.
10. If your heading information does not all fit on one screen, make the other part of your heading information visible and repeat steps 5 through 9.
