Issue:
When I print my ClarisWorks 5.0 spreadsheet, it prints a dark box where the row and column headers should be, so I can't see the letters and numbers.
Solution:
When printing, in the print dialog box, choose greyscale for the option labeled Image. Color will also work, but Black and White will not.
Explanation:
ClarisWorks 5 uses the new "Apple Platinum Appearance specification," which makes the column and row headings show up as black letters with a grey background. This new appearance will only print as greyscale and color, it will not print as black and white on some printers.
