Power Macintosh G3 (Blue and White): Enabler Built Into Software ROM and Mac OS

The enabler file is now merged with the Mac OS ROM file.

There is no longer a stand-alone enabler. The Power Macintosh G3 OS is 8.5.1 (or newer) with modifications for the hardware.
