Have the LaserWriter IINTX ROMs been updated to allow software switching back<BR>
from LaserJet to PostScript?  My LaserWriter IINTX manual says you can get the<BR>
software to switch back, but I am unable to make it work.<BR>

  <div class="attr SUMMARY">
LaserWriter IINTXs (controller board Apple part #M6004/A) are currently<BR>
shipping with version 3.0 ROMs.  The major differences between these and older<BR>
ROMs are:<BR>
 <BR>
- Software switching from LaserJet emulation to PostScript <BR>
- Font cleanup in LaserJet emulation<BR>
- Better disk management routines<BR>
- PostScript 51.8.<BR>
 <BR>
The upgrade kit (Apple part #M0445LL/A) is expected to ship (in very small<BR>
numbers) in the third week of June.<BR>
 <BR>
Support Readiness will send upgrade kits (including the new manual) on a<BR>
one-per-site basis as soon as they are available.<BR>
