This document explains how to navigate the menus in iPod.
To navigate the menus in iPod you will only use the Scroll wheel, Menu button and the center Select Button. See Figure 1.

Press the Menu button to go to the main menu or to go back a menu.

To select a menu choice use the scroll wheel to scroll to the item, then press the center Select button.

If there is a right arrow (>) to the right of a menu item, pressing the Select button leads to another list of choices, or a new menu.

While a song is playing you can use the navigation buttons to navigate the menus without stopping the current song. You could change the settings such as Repeat, Contrast, or Sleep Timer. If you navigate to another song and press the center Select button it will stop the current song and start the new song.

Note: The Previous/Rewind and Next/Fast-forward buttons are not used when navigating the menus. They are used to fast-forward or rewind the currently playing song, or to play the previous or next song regardless which menu you might be in.
