Final Cut Pro: Title Safe Boundaries Change With Window Size

If you use the Text Generator in Final Cut Pro you may notice the Title Safe area is not consistent when changing canvas size. The Text Generator seems to violate the Title Safe area when viewed at 100 percent but not at smaller percentages.

This is only cosmetic. Once the text is rendered you will notice during playback it actually is within the Title Safe area.
Symptom

The Text Generator seems to violate the Title Safe area when viewed at 100 percent but not at smaller percentages.


Solution

Render the text so that the Title Safe area is accurate. Apple is seeking a solution to this issue.
