AppleCare Protection Plan CDs with version 3.0.2 of TechTool Deluxe can work in multiple languages.
Mac OS X
When you start up the computer from the CD, or open the installer from the TechTool Deluxe X partition of the CD, the following TechTool Deluxe language selection dialog appears:

Mac OS 9
When used with Mac OS 9, the TechTool Deluxe CD partition contains the following items:
