Symptom
After placing a movie or sound file in a Keynote presentation file, the application unexpectedly quits.
Solution
Check to see if the utility "Default Folder" is present in System Preferences. To resolve the issue, update to a later version of Default Folder, or disable the utility by turning it off from the Default Folder preference pane.
