A/UX: How to Avoid Timeouts on an NFS Server



Heavy usage of the NFS server creates an NFS timeout. It happens, for example,
when a heavy compilation is ocurring on the server. Is there any way to avoid
this?

Try increasing the timeo variable for NFS when the NFS systems are mounted at
startup.
