AppleShare PC can work with any network card that has an ODI (Open<BR>
Data-Link Interface) compliant MLID.  However, the only MLIDs we know of<BR>
are those supplied with AppleShare PC.  We haven't heard of anyone writing<BR>
one for a DEC Ethernet card, although it could be done.<BR>
<BR>
If you know of someone interested in developing an MLID for a specific<BR>
card, information is available from APDA in the form of the Open Data-Link<BR>
Interface Developer's Guide, part number M0355LL/A.  This document details<BR>
the specification, and provides example source code for a working driver.<BR>
