When you publish data for automatic updating by choosing &quot;Create<BR>
Publisher...&quot; from the Edit menu, you also create an edition.  An edition<BR>
is a  separate file that is updated when you change the original material.<BR>
The edition file can be saved on a disk, in a folder, or on the desktop.<BR>
<BR>
If you move or rename an edition file, the connection between the publisher<BR>
and any subscribers remains intact.<BR>
<BR>
If you delete the edition file, the connection between a publisher and its<BR>
subscribers is broken.<BR>
