My Macintosh SE/30 is freezing up when I use it as a server and router<BR>
(using an AppleTalk Internet Router and a Kinetics Ethernet card). Could it<BR>
be that the 68030 Direct Slot card is interfering with the processor in some<BR>
way?<BR>

We are not aware of any problems using the Macintosh SE/30 in the<BR>
configuration you describe. The Macintosh SE/30-AppleShare-Router<BR>
combination is freezing probably because of a problem with the Ethernet<BR>
card's ADEV.  We suggest you try reinstalling the ADEV and see if that <BR>
solves the problem.<BR>
