comes on solid. Shortly after this, both the Ready and Toner lights go solid,<BR>
and the printer fails to generate a user self-test page.  Subsequent service<BR>

<FONT SIZE=4>These symptoms appear when the high-voltage power supply is incorrectly<BR>
mounted with connector pins (to the DC Controller) completely missing their<BR>
places.  This only happens during a repair, when the high-voltage power<BR>
supply is replaced.</FONT><BR></div>
