Under System 7, with the LaserWriter Driver, if I select one of the custom<BR>
paper sizes such as &quot;Envelope - Edge Feed&quot; and then switch over to Page<BR>
Preview (if the application has Page Preview), I see a letter-size paper,<BR>
not an envelope size paper.  Why is this?<BR>

selected custom paper size. &nbsp;FileMaker Pro shows an envelope when you<BR>
select this option. &nbsp;Currently, Microsoft Word, Excel, 4th Dimension, and<BR>
other applications do not.<BR>
