I installed system software 7.0 on one Macintosh in a network.  I then <BR>
updated the printer drivers of the other Macintosh computers, which are<BR>
running system software 6.0.3, to the system 7.0 printer drivers.  All the <BR>
computers are getting PostScript Errors &quot;Error: Limit Check, offending <BR>
command: Closed Path&quot; when printing from MacDraw II version 1.1.  The <BR>
documents are maps in MacDraw II that come from the AP Newswire via <BR>
Satellite.<BR>

Once you have eliminated all system-related software conflicts, we suspect<BR>
System 7 drivers and Postscript are creating this conflict.<BR>
<BR>
According to Claris Tech support, this is a known issue with AP Newswire<BR>
maps. &nbsp;The objects in these documents have too many vertices. &nbsp;They must be<BR>
simplified by removing vertex points using MacDraw II. &nbsp;The System 7<BR>
LaserWriter drivers are less tolerant of this problem than the System 6<BR>
drivers.<BR>
<BR>
Workarounds: <BR>
<BR>
 &nbsp;* Do not print these documents running System 7 or the System 7<BR>
 &nbsp; &nbsp;printer drivers, or<BR>
<BR>
 &nbsp;* Simplify them with MacDraw II.<BR>
<BR>
