Macintosh: SIMM Speed Configurations

Can I mix and match SIMM speeds when upgrading memory on my Macintosh?
As a general rule, SIMM speeds should match within a bank, can be different between banks, and all must be compatible for the specific Macintosh model. In other words, as long as all the SIMMs in Bank A match in speed, all the SIMMs in Bank B match, and all the SIMMs in the system meet the refresh speed specification, you should have no problem.
