According to Shiva Technical Support, all Apple serial printers, with the exception of the Personal LaserWriter LS, work with the Shiva NetSerial. Printer drivers that address the serial port directly, like the Personal LaserWriter LS, do not work with a NetSerial.
As of this date, the current NetSerial ROM is version 1.35, and the driver is version 3.6.4.
