MacTerminal adheres, as specified, to the keyboard layout that LisaTerminal
uses. Thus an escape is generated by the tilde (~) key (upper left corner of
the keyboard).
To Send Escape sequences to the Imagewriter via MacTerminal, you must connect
the printer to the printer port. Select Local Echo and New Line in the Terminal
Settings Dialog box, and Another Computer in the Compatiblilty Settings Dialog
box. Using the Escape Key (Accent/Tilde Key), the control letter and return
will then send the sequence to the printer.
