MacX: Can Be Used to Launch Local Xclients

If I don't have an Ethernet card, can I run MacX to launch local Xclients?

Yes, but you must be running under A/UX (not Macintosh OS) and specify
"localhost" as the hostname.

You can use a name other than "localhost" if you edit the "/etc/hosts" file
and add the name you want to use to the line for the loop address.
