Yes. The Macintosh OS MacX package is compatible with A/UX.

Install MacX and the MacTCP Tool from the Macintosh OS version; however,
don't install either MacTCP or AdminTCP because MacTCP is already part of
A/UX, and you need the A/UX versions.
