This is a generic error message that may be caused by a number of different problems, including:<BR>

- DAL logicals not defined.<BR>
- DAL subsystem not installed.<BR>
- DAL server not found on the VAX.<BR>
- AppleTalk for VMS problem.<BR>
- INIT conflict on the Macintosh.<BR></div>
