Ethernet networking won't come up under A/UX.  There are many &quot;ae0 transmitter frozen&quot; errors.<BR>

Here are two things to check:<BR>
<BR>
* Is the EtherTalk card set for thin or thick Ethernet?  Make sure the<BR>
  jumper is configured appropriately for whichever network you are using.<BR>
<BR>
* Is the network terminated?  If there is no terminator at the end of the<BR>
  cable, A/UX produces an endless string of &quot;ae0 transmitter<BR>
  frozen/resetting&quot; errors.<BR>
