When importing a clip with multiple score markers into Soundtrack, the score markers appear to be mixed up. For example, marker 1 is where marker 2 should have been, marker 2 is where marker 3 should have been, and so forth.
Solution
Update to Soundtrack 1.1. Soundtrack updates can be found in Software Update preferences or at the Soundtrack download page (http://www.apple.com/soundtrack/download/).
