Personal LaserWriter NT: Minimum Margin Reduces Lines Per Page

I have a Macintosh LC with 2MB RAM and an HD40 SC running system software
version 6.0.8. I have an Apple IIe Card installed and am printing to a
Personal LaserWriter NT from AppleWorks and Publish It.

When printing, the print starts an extra half-inch down the page, thereby
misaligning subsequent pages -- the last page of one print job I measured
had a top margin of 4 inches.

Is there a compatibility problem with the Apple IIe Card and the Personal
LaserWriter NT?

This indicates that software is not properly configured for the correct
number of lines per page. The Personal LaserWriter NT has a minimum margin
that reduces the number of available lines per page to 61 from the usual 66
lines for an 8.5x11 page. Configure your software accordingly.

The Apple IIe Card version 2.0 software uses the printer driver in the
Macintosh System Folder. Ensure that you have the Courier 10-point font
installed.
