* To report System 7.1 has the same problem.
When I insert a floppy disk and choose Get Info, I can type comments. When
I eject and reinsert the floppy disk, the comments are gone. I can also
reproduce this by leaving the floppy disk inserted, using NoFinder to kill
the Finder, and then relaunching the Finder. This is true for System 7.0
and 7.0.1 (both with and without Tune Up).
This problem with SuperDrive (FDHD) disks has been reported to Engineering
and to the System 7 team. We don't have a workaround yet but can duplicate
it with System 7.0, 7.01 and 7.1.
