There should be no differences between the two, whether the Macintosh 512Ke<BR>
came from Apple in that configuration or if it was done as an upgrade.  The<BR>
Apple upgrade was a ROM swap from 64K ROMs to 128K ROMs from the Macintosh<BR>
Plus, and the most significant change was support for the Apple 800K floppy<BR>
drive.<BR>
<BR>
The only possible difference is that the upgrade didn't include the 800K<BR>
floppy drive, although this is unlikely because that was the main reason<BR>
for the upgrade.  Every Macintosh 512Ke shipped from Apple had an 800K<BR>
floppy drive installed.<BR>
