A/UX 3.0: Mac Apps Don‘t Need Recompile; A/UX Hybrids Do (9/94)

Has anything changed between A/UX 2.0.1 and A/UX 3.0 that would require users or developers to recompile their UNIX applications to get them to run?

You don't need to recompile Macintosh applications.

You do need to recompile A/UX Hybrids.

Straight UNIX applications SHOULDN'T need recompiling if they're using shared libraries. The only changes to the kernel are for NFS.
